Bachuwa Law was founded by Alexander Bachuwa, an experienced consumer protection attorney whose passion is to fight for the rights of small and powerless consumers against unapologetic big businesses. Alexander firmly believes that no legitimate claim is too small to dispute. This philosophy is grounded in the principle that companies should serve the customer, not the other way around.


Alexander has a Bachelor of Arts in economics from the University of Michigan, a Juris Doctor from the Sandra Day O’Connor College of Law, and an MBA from the Thunderbird School of Global Management. He is admitted to practice law in Arizona and New York.

Alexander Darr is an attorney focusing on representing consumers in arbitrations against big businesses.

He graduated with highest honors, summa cum laude, from Mount Union University. After college he attended law school at the Ohio State University, where he also graduated with honors and was selected to the Order of the Coif.

Alex was an attorney at a large law firm in Chicago and had the privilege of serving as a law clerk to a federal judge on the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Illinois in Chicago.

Alexander Darr has been recognized as a Super Lawyer, Rising Star, and in included in Who’s Who Legal. Alexander is licensed to practice law in Ohio and Illinois.
